topography_geodesy Section

This section configures topography and geodesy settings, including bathymetry, slopes, and depth offsets.

Parameter	Description
OnOffFlag	Flag to enable/disable topography (TRUE, FALSE).
bottom_motion_flag	Flag to enable/disable bottom motion (TRUE, FALSE).
bottom_motion_directory	Directory for bottom motion files.
bottom_motion_file_convention	File convention for bottom motion.
topo_file	Bathymetry file.
slope_file	Bathymetry gradient file.
zmin_file	Minimum elevation file.
relative_minimum_depth	Minimum depth relative to minimum elevation (default: 5.0 m).
minimum_depth	Overall minimum depth in model bathymetry (default: 10.0 m).
minimum_depth_polygons	File for minimum depth polygons.
minimum_depth_values	File for minimum depth values.
drying_minimum_depth	Numerical minimum depth at dry nodes (default: 0.10 m).
drying_threshold	Depth threshold to select dry nodes (default: 0.0 m).
drying_minimum_layer_depth	Numerical minimum layer depth at dry nodes (default: AUTO).
depth_offset	Overall depth offset (default: 0.0 m).
depth_offset_polygons	File for depth offset polygons.
depth_offset_values	File for depth offset values.
depth_scale_factor	Depth scale factor (default: 1.0, dimensionless).
depth_scale_polygons	File for depth scale polygons.
depth_scale_values	File for depth scale values.
distance_to_coast	File for distance to coast.
mean_level_file	File for mean dynamic topography.
mean_level_offset	Flag to apply mean dynamic topography offset to depths (TRUE, FALSE).
